The Mandarin crema coffee blend contains a high percentage of Arabica coffee beans, a prestigious coffee variety from these countries, with a low percentage of Robusta coffee beans, which have a more dominant and bitter flavour. Together they create a harmony of flavours that contribute to the distinct and popular taste of Mandarin coffee.
The coffee beans arrive green at the local roasting house and undergo a roasting process once a week, so that they reach us at the bar with intoxicating aromas at the height of their freshness.
